Refunds and exchanges are excepted within 14 days of purchase date.

♦To avoid placing an incorrect order, please double check your sizing before purchase. You can do this by referring the the size chart included in the images on each product page.

To make a claim:
 Please include your name, original order number, residential address, email address and phone number with your refund or exchange request.


Once your request has been confirmed you will be asked to post your item/s back and to supply a tracking code to ensure its safe delivery back to K-SUT STUDIO.

♦ Any shipping costs involved will be at the expense of the customer. K-SUT STUDIO takes no responsibility for goods being lost in transit. To avoid this, customers MUST supply K-SUT STUDIO with a tracking code for the item/s being returned. 

♦ Refunds will be processed and exchanges shipped out (with a tracking code and email notification) within 2 working days of the unwanted items being received back to K-SUT STUDIO.

♦ All items must show no obvious signs of wear or be spoiled in any way and must still have their tags attached. 

Defective Order:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please send back the item and email K-SUT STUDIO providing details of the error and a receipt of the cost involved for return postage. You will be reimbursed for this cost and offered a full refund or for the order to be sent out again.
